If violence against women or violation of women's rights is found from the commission's preliminary investigation, the committee or staff appointed for investigation may do the following:-
(a) On-site monitoring,
(b) Collecting/collecting evidences and safeguarding and preserving the evidences to prevent them from disappearing,
(c) Seeking the assistance of the relevant agency regarding the incident,
(d) To understand the relevant person including witness evidence,
(e) To bring the perpetrator to the concerned office of the Commission,
(f) The person assigned to the investigation kept a written note of the work done by him,
(g) To exercise the same powers as the Commission in relation to investigations.
